Shipping Policy
Ten Budo offers various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping, with prices and delivery times varying based on order volume, shipping address, and chosen option. Free standard shipping (5-7 business days) is available on orders over $75. Expedited options offer faster delivery, with 2-business day shipping starting at $16 and 1-business day shipping starting at $25. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost, with delivery times of 3-5 business days. Ten Budo only ships on business days.

Return Process

Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the RA number on the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
